Mirror Magic UK operate a policy of Fairness, Courtesy and Co-operation for all our customers and as such we will strive to resolve customer issues amicably, without having to resort to terms and conditions of sale. However as a business we are obliged to have them in place.

By placing an order with Mirror Magic UK via the web site, in person or by telephone you agree to be bound by Mirror Magic UK Terms & Conditions set out below. If you receive a confirmation email of your order, you must check that the details are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy for your records. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Mirror Magic UK of your offer to buy goods from Mirror Magic UK and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

Mirror Magic UK is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. In any case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Certain mouldings used in the production of our mirrors may be unavailable at the time of order. In such circumstances Mirror Magic UK will use an alternative moulding of equal quality and similar in style. Therefore mirror designs and styles may vary slightly from those shown on the Mirror Magic web site.


 

Processing Of Order

Delivery Time

Each product advertised will display its estimated delivery time. We endeavor to deliver all goods within 6 working days although some products may take longer. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, will be processed the next working day. We operate our own fleet of delivery vehicles which cover the whole of the mainland UK every week. Occasionally for our smaller items we will use a courier but to ensure the item arrives in the best possible condition we prefer to deliver ourselves. For larger items our drivers will require assistance as these are 1 man deliveries. We will call en route but where possible we may opt to leave your item with a neighbor or in a safe place and put a note through you door to advise.

Placing Your Order

When placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full delivery address details, including an accurate postcode of the delivery address and your daytime contact telephone number(s) and an up to date e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem. If you are not going to be present to accept delivery and you wish the goods to be left unattended, please notify us prior to delivery in writing (post, email or fax) or leave a signed note in a secure place to this effect.

 

Payment Policy

Full payment must be received in full including any delivery charge before items will be dispatched. Payment must be received through our on-line payment system or PayPal account.

Delayed Delivery

Once your order is placed we will endeavour to deliver this to you as soon and as safely as possible. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions or abnormal traffic restrictions. Mirror Magic UK is open 7 days a week and we deliver all year round with the exception of the holiday period between Christmas and New Year. Deliveries will cease on the day prior to Christmas eve and resume on the 1st working day after New year.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before Delivery

Our order/invoice number.

We will attempt to cancel the order prior to dispatch, however if the dispatch process cannot be stopped in time before delivery of the goods we will email back to you with a collection date. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected from you and you will be liable for the collection costs. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. You will receive a full refund once the goods have been delivered to us and have been inspected. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days of your notification email.

Cancellation after Delivery

If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund provided that you do so within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us by email at sales@mirrormagicuk.com stating your reason for cancellation.

We will then email back to you with a collection date. In the first instance there will be no collection charge. We reserve the right to make a charge for repeated returns. You will receive a full refund once the goods have been delivered to us and have been inspected. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days of your notification email.


 

Online Purchases

At Mirror Magic UK we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
